Welcome to virtuealliance.com (hereinafter, the “Website” and/or “Virtue Health”).  This Website is owned and operated by Arcieri Organization, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Virtue Health with a principal place of business at 2251 N Rampart Blvd., #265, Las Vegas, NV 89128.  By visiting our Website and utilizing any information or resources found here or otherwise provided by us, you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions as set forth in this policy (the “User Agreement”) along with all terms as set forth in our Privacy Policy (see below).

This User Agreement is effective as of July 17, 2025 and thereafter.  We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement without notice to you other than updating the effective date.  Your continued use of this Website after a date as set forth here, constitutes your continued agreement to this User Agreement.

We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
• You understand and agree that any claim you may have against us is limited to the amount you paid, even if that is no amount, in which case we have no liability, for use of the Resources and Virtue Health is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using the Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply
• All content and materials available on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos and the Resources, are the intellectual property of Virtue Health and our corporate owners , and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.  Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
• You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Website, including the Resources, with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
• This Website is controlled by Virtue Health from our offices located in the United States. It can be accessed by most countries around the world.  As each country has laws that may differ from those of the United States, and by accessing the Website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Florida, and of US federal law, as applicable, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the Website and any of the Resources.  Moreover, any action to enforce this User Agreement is to be brought in the federal or state courts located in Florida, US and you hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

• Virtue Health may provide various materials from time to time, such as including but not limited to, Webinars, Case Studies, Podcasts, YouTube Videos, Insights, Blogs, Downloads, and other materials that may be proprietary to Virtu Health and/or provided by third parties.
• Some of the foregoing Resources may be directly accessible through our Website, some may require your request and provision of information such as name and email address, and some may require access through some third party website (such as YouTube or a podcast platform).  No matter how any particular Resource is accessed of from where it is accessed or who is the owner of the Resource, Virtue Health is providing such Resource on an ‘as-is’ ‘as-available’ basis without any representation of its accuracy or applicability to your needs
• To the extent Virtue Health collects any information from you, such as name or email address, you expressly authorize Virtue Health to utilize this information to contact you, provide the requested access, provide links to third party providers, and to solicit meetings with you and market Virtue Health’s goods and services
