Highlights and Heroes from the 2025 Virtue Health Member Event Symposium

The Unforgettable Energy and Insights of the 2025 Virtue Health Member Symposium

More than just a conference, this was a catalyst for change. Here’s a recap of the electric atmosphere, collaborative spirit, and the award-winning leaders who are shaping the road ahead.

A Resounding Success

The Virtue Health Symposium from August 11-12 wasn’t just another industry event; it was a vibrant gathering of the brightest minds in healthcare, and the energy was electric.

We brought together leading healthcare brokers, employer clients, and forward-thinking partners for an unforgettable experience designed to do more than just inform—it was designed to inspire. The consensus was clear: the symposium was a resounding success, perfectly blending high-level strategy with high-energy fun.

A Masterclass in Strategy and Innovation

Learning from the Titans of the Industry

The agenda was packed with true industry thought leaders who are actively shaping the future of healthcare and benefits. These weren’t just presentations; they were masterclasses in innovation and execution.

Strategy Day kicked off with a visionary keynote from Lee Lewis of the Health Transformation Alliance, who provided a powerful playbook for thriving in the years to come. The insights didn’t stop there. John Sbrocco, Virtue Health’s own Founder & CEO, delivered actionable, real-world strategies on smarter self-funding that had attendees buzzing. The day was a whirlwind of groundbreaking ideas, from Tj Carrenders deep dive into specialty drug infusion to the powerhouse “Pharmacy Problem” panel featuring Paul Pruitt, Justin Jasniewski, and Zachary Jones. These experts didn’t just talk about the challenges with PBMs and rising drug costs; they offered tangible solutions and a clear path forward.

The caliber of speakers continued on Execution Day, with leaders like Craig Lack and Chad Burdo challenging conventional thinking on benefit design and plan options. The “Lessons From The Frontline” employer panel was a standout session, offering unfiltered, real-life stories from trailblazers who are successfully rewriting the rules of employee healthcare. Every session was a testament to the quality of the event, providing attendees with knowledge and strategies straight from the leaders who are making a real difference.

Good Times and Great Company

While the educational content was top-tier, the symposium was also about connection. The energy during the networking breakfasts and lunches was palpable, but the Monday Happy Hour truly took it to the next level. With incredible live music from the 8South Band, attendees were able to relax, connect with peers, and build relationships in a fun, high-energy environment. It was a perfect reminder that our industry is built on strong partnerships, and those are best forged when we can connect as people.

The 2025 Virtue Health Symposium was more than a conference—it was a confirmation that by working together, we can build a more transparent, affordable, and effective healthcare system. We left feeling inspired by this incredible community and are already excited to see the amazing things we will accomplish together in the year ahead.
